1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between btc bdt and each individual who uses this platform ("User"). By accessing the platform through the btc bdt website, mobile app, or any other channel, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

Detailed information about btc bdt's identity, vision, and range of services can be found on our About Us page. Any user who does not agree with any part of these Terms is requested not to use the platform.

These Terms have been prepared in Bengali, and the original Bengali version shall be considered legally binding. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

btc bdt's services are exclusively for persons aged 21 or above. If a minor creates an account using false information, btc bdt reserves the right to cancel that account and withhold any deposited funds.

2.2 Account Registration Rules

Each user may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled. The name, date of birth, mobile number, and identity document details provided at registration must be accurate.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

btc bdt may conduct an identity verification (KYC) process before processing a withdrawal or in cases of any suspicious activity. A copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

Users are required to keep their username and password confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account must be reported to btc bdt as soon as possible. Allowing any third party to use the account is strictly prohibited.

3. Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at btc bdt is ৳100. Accepted deposit methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Once a transaction is completed, the balance is usually credited to the account within a few minutes. It is always advisable to keep the transaction reference number.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Withdrawal processing generally takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. The mobile number used for withdrawal must match the number used at the time of deposit.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on btc bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Transactions in any foreign currency are not supported.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To withdraw this bonus as cash, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a balance of ৳2,500, and ৳30,000 must be played to meet the wagering requirement.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer is applicable once per user (unless otherwise stated).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred within the same account or given to another person.
• btc bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the relevant account may be subject to investigation.

4.3 Other Promotions

Promotions available from time to time — including weekly reload, Friday Dhamaka, and cricket festival bonuses — each have their own terms, which are clearly stated in the description of each offer. A minimum deposit of ৳100 applies to all promotions.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is a technical error or other valid reason. A bet will not be accepted if the user does not have sufficient balance.

5.2 Determining Results

In sports betting, results will be determined according to the rules of the relevant sport. Live casino game results are calculated automatically through the game provider's software. If there is a dispute over any result, btc bdt's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Technical Disruptions

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, btc bdt will attempt to complete it or restore it to its previous state. However, btc bdt will not be responsible for issues caused by the user's own connection problems.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Bonus arbitrage or misuse of the bonus system.
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Attempting to influence results by colluding with other users.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information or identity fraud.

6. VIP Programme

btc bdt's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback applies at each tier — up to 0.3% at Bronze and up to 1.5% at Diamond. Advancement to a higher tier depends on the user's overall activity.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. Cashback is credited to the account automatically and is withdrawable subject to applicable wagering requirements.

btc bdt may change VIP terms at any time and may remove a member from any tier for violating the rules.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

The detailed policy on the collection, storage, and use of users' personal data is described on our Privacy Policy page. By creating an account, the user is also considered to have consented to that policy.

btc bdt uses SSL encryption and other technologies to keep users' financial and personal data secure. Personal data is not sold to third parties.

8. Responsible Gaming

btc bdt strongly supports a culture of responsible gambling. Every user is advised to set their own time and spending limits before playing. If a user feels their gambling habits are out of control, detailed support is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

A self-exclusion option can be activated at the user's request, under which the account will be temporarily deactivated for a specified period. Once this option is active, the account cannot be reactivated before the period ends.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 At the User's Request

Any user may close their account by contacting us via live chat or email. Users are advised to withdraw any withdrawable balance before closing their account.

9.2 By btc bdt

btc bdt may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• If evidence of a false identity is found.
• If the user is identified as a minor.

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, earned bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, btc bdt will not be liable for the following:

• Losses caused by the user's internet connection issues or device faults.
• Delays arising from third-party activities (such as payment providers).
• Force majeure events — disruptions related to natural disasters, war, or government orders.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or provision of incorrect information.

11. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, the user should first contact btc bdt's customer support team. Support is available 24/7 via live chat and email in both Bengali and English. Most disputes can generally be resolved through discussion.

12. Changes to Terms

btc bdt may update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified upon logging into their account or by email. Continued use of the platform after a change has been made will be taken as acceptance of the new terms.
